In order to improve work efficiency and security,reduce the labor intensity and meet the market requirement,this paper developed an automatic storing and changing samples system on the low background gamma spectrometer,including storage device,manipulator,chamber lid opening and closing device,pneumatic control system,electric control system and operating system software.The main research content of this article is as follows:This article comprehensively analyzed the development status of gamma spectrometer at home and abroad.Compared various options,we have designed overall structure of the storing and changing system,expounded its working principle and the structure parameter design and calculation of its main parts.We have designed the control system of the storing and changing samples system,including pneumatic control system,electric control system and operating system software.According to the actual working conditions,the mathematical model of oscillating cylinder's air space was established;through the Simulink module,the motion process of the oscillating cylinder has been carried on the simulation analysis,and we have gotten the changing curve of the gas chamber angle and pressure which effectively solved the oscillating cylinder's problem of buffer and running stability.The 3D model of vitriol chamber and manipulator of this storing and changing samples system were established and assembled virtually by SolidWorks2014;solved by the kinematics analysis,we have gotten the changing curve of the rod speed and the chamber lid opening angle which illustrated that the rod didn't appear interference in the process of movement;solved by the finite element analysis,we could get the stress cloud chart and the deformation nephogram of the rod under the dynamic loads,and we have examined rod's strength and deformation;solved by the kinematics analysis,we have gotten the changing curve of the distance between sample centerline and manipulator centerline which was used to solve the problem of sample grasping stability.The automatic storing and changing samples system on the low background gamma spectrometer prototype was designed and made which has been carried on the comprehensive performance test;the prototype changed 40 samples automatically and successively,worked stably and reliably,met the design requirements.
