In the actual project,high-rise buildings are often due to meet the building lighting,floor height and other functional requirements of the floor for the local hole processing.But the presence of the hole destroys the continuity of the structure,may cause the structure to produce weak layers and endanger the safety of the structure.In the specification,although the floor of the floor after the use of the floor to meet the actual stiffness changes in the calculation model of the proposed model,but there is no clear provision of what model is more reasonable.But also for floor partial opening how to deal with in the actual project,the method is also different.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and analysis of their impact on the seismic behavior of structures and improvement of the seismic behavior of structures withfloor partial opening.This thesis takes an engineering case of a frame-shear wall structure as an example.The finite element software ETABS was used to establish the floor opening model and the floor no hole model.The modal analysis and modal decomposition response spectrum analysis are carried out on the assumption of elastic floor,rigid floor assumption and local elastic floor assumption respectively,study on the influence of local floor opening on the seismic performance of frame-shear wall structure.This paper establishes three types of numerical models(increase the thickness of the floor floor、increase the size of the side wall of the hole、set extra beam near the hole on each floor)to study the effect of different treatment measures on the floor opening structure.The results show that: Compared with the floor without opening the hole structure,The opening of the floor has little effect on the vibration period and interlayer displacement of the structure,but will increase the internal force of the beam and column members around the hole and the stress of the hole connecting the floor.On different floor assumed conditions,there is a significant difference in the internal force between the beam and column and the stress value of the floor.Three kinds of treatment measures have increased the internal force(axial force,shear force,bending moment)of the frame column around the hole,but reduces the internal force of the frame beam near the structure hole and the stress of the connection floor.Three measures to improve the effectiveness of the focus is different,in the application of specific practical projects should pay attention to the rational use.
