The RV reducer is the core component of an industrial robot.The performance of the RV reducer is directly determined by the accuracy of the transmission.Therefore,higher requirements are placed on the transmission accuracy of the RV reducer.The research on the transmission precision of RV reducer has become a new trend in recent years Research hot spots.In this paper,we mainly study the influence of parts deviations on the transmission precision of RV reducer,establish the model of component deviation source transfer and the model of deviation transfer directed graph that reflects the relationship between components.From the theoretical point of view,The accuracy of the drive system provides a practical method.The main work and research results are as follows:1.The structure and transmission principle of the RV reducer were analyzed,and the part deviation model was established to study the part deviation.Firstly,the structural composition mechanism and transmission principle of RV reducer are analyzed,and the formula of transmission ratio when the output disk is used as output mechanism is established.Secondly,the parts source deviation analysis of the RV reducer was analyzed and classified.Based on the probabilistic and vectorial methods,the multivariate deviation expression model of the parts was established,and the parts of the RV reducer under static assembly were studied.The deviation.2.Based on the analysis of the transmission of the RV reducer,the relationship between the components that make up the RV reducer is studied.Based on the deviator directed graph,a deviation transmission directed graph model is established to express the main factors and main components that affect the transmission precision of the reducer.Based on the analysis of the deviation of the parts,the relationship between the transmission of the deviations and the interaction between the parts was studied.Six kinds of deviation flow models were proposed.The deviatoric digraph is used to express the deviation transfer between parts and the deviator transfer directed graph model is established to visualize and express the accumulation of parts discrepancy with the cooperation between parts and its influence on the accuracy of RV transmission.This method can be used as a type of transmission system for this type of deviation analysis and deviation transfer used in the study.3.Based on the analysis of transmission precision of RV-160E-171 reducer,the deviation sources of the parts were studied by using the deviation source expression model and the deviation transmission directed graph model.The deviation transmission of RV-160E-171 reducer was established Graph model;the use of MATLAB software programming simulation,analysis of the parts with the relationship between the components with the relationship between the accuracy of RV drive to get the part deviation how the RV reducer drive precision conclusions,for the production and development of a higher Precision RV reducer offers a solution.
