Sounding rocket has been widely used in the field of aerospace,because of its easy to use and low prices.This paper studies the anti-disturbance optimization design and low-cost control technology for reducing ballistic dispersion of sounding rocket,and achieves preliminary results.In the paper,the influence factors of ballistic dispeision and the influence law are discussed.The six degree of freedom simulation of sounding rocket is established;based on the ballistic simulation technology,the influence factors of ballistic dispersion on sounding rocket are analyzed,and the conclusion that the influence of ballistic interference factors of sounding rocket occurs mainly in the first half-wavelength of the angular jitter is presented;the coupling effect of ballistic interference factors and rocket integrated parameters is focused on the study.The anti-disturbance optimization design is investigated.Based on the study about the coupling effect of ballistic interference factors and rocket integrated parameters,sounding rocket anti-disturbance design model is established;particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the design;monte carlo test shows that the proposed anti-disturbance design method can effectively reduce ballistic dispersion,compared to the original design,dispersion is reduced by half.The low-cost control technology is investigated.The preliminary scheme of low-cost control system come up,the mathematical model of navigation and actuator was setablished;based on linear quadratic regulator theory,atmospheric tracking guidance method is designed,ballistic simulation shows that the method can meet the detection of tasks;multi-target region limiting PID parameter setting method is introduced,the problem of PID parameter design is initial soluted;to solute gain scheduling,LPV gain scheduling policy is applied;ballistic simulation shows that the low-cost control method can meet the detection of ballistic dispersion.This paper has carried on the preliminary research to the related technology that reduce ballistic dispersion of sounding rocket,came up with the anti-disturbance optimization design and low-cost control technology,which can be used as a reference for the development of sounding rocket.
