Optimization Design And Performance Analysis Of Magnetic Bearing Based On Stabilized Platform Of Aerial Remote Sensing | | Posted on:2017-10-30 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:C F Lai | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2382330569998995 | Subject:Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | There is no contact between bearing and rotor when active magnetic bearing(AMB)system is in operation.So lubrication is no necessary since no friction during perfection.The active magnetic bearing can be effective controlled through active control.Using active magnetic instead of mechanical bearings in stabilized platform of Aerial remote sensing the performance of higher load capacity and higher position accuracy can be realized.So the structure design and performance research of active magnetic bearing is mainly focus on in this paper.The mainly work in this paper as follow:Firstly,proposed the overall plan of magnetic bearing system Base on stabilized platform of Aerial remote sensing.The structure form of active magnetic bearing was determined take into consideration mass,volume and bearing capacity of active magnetic bearing.The structure design of radius active magnetic bearing and axis magnetic active magnetic bearing has completed.Its mathematical model was established using equivalent magnetic circuit method.Secondly,the structure parameters optimum design of active magnetic bearing was completed.The structure parametric model of active magnetic bearing was established.And the optimal structural parameters was gained using NLPQL Algorithm through software ANSYS and Solidworks are integrated in multidisciplinary optimization software Isight.Finally,present a simulation analysis of active magnetic bearing with the help of finite element method.the finite element model of active magnetic bearing was built.The parameter of air gap and bias current was determined by study electromagnetic force.And the magnetic pole configuration was determined by coupling electromagnetic field analysis.Study the unbalanced force and unbalance moment since eddy current displacement sensor measurement error caused.In this paper,the optimization design and performance analysis of active magnetic bearing based on stabilized platform of Aerial remote sensing was completed.Using active magnetic instead of mechanical bearings in stabilized platform of Aerial remote sensing the performance of higher load capacity and higher position accuracy can be realized in theory and practice. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | stabilized platform of Aerial remote sensing, Active magnetic bearing, Isight, Optimal design, Performance analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
