Based on the small volume,light weight and low cost of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform,the three-axis gyro stabilized platform is widely used in the conference;because the accuracy of the stabilized platform is still not up to the requirements,it can not be widely used.In this paper,the operation principle of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform is obtained,and every factor affecting the platform is analyzed.The transmission structure is optimized to reach the ideal state.According to the final experimental data,the performance of the platform is verified.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform;using the coordinate transformation method,the inertial navigation attitude input information of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform is integrated with the frame angle sensor information,and the velocity relationship of each frame of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform is calculated;the principle of avoiding the carrier vibration is found out,and the stability equations of the three shafting in the inertial space are calculated.After analyzing the error producing mode of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform,the error is modeled by the method of multi-body kinematics,and then the influence of the perpendicularity and transmission error on the error of direction and raceway angle is analyzed by MATLAB.In order to eliminate the transmission error between shafting,a kind of structure of roller rack clearance is designed,and the appropriate ball number and sliding rail friction coefficient are calculated.At the same time,the transmission error caused by the original transmission mechanism is analyzed,and its influence on the error of direction and raceway angle is obtained.After the transmission error of the platform is eliminated by the roller rack,the transmission error of pitch,roll and azimuth are all 0.04 mrad,resulting in the pointing and raceway angle errors of 0.05 mrad and 0.04 mrad respectively.From the final results,it can be seen that the roller rack drive mechanism can effectively eliminate the transmission error caused by the backlash on the platform,and improve the pointing and racemic angle accuracy of the three-axis gyro stabilized platform.
