With the development of economy,energy issues have becoming more and more important.Solar energy,wind energy,geothermal energy and other green energy have attracted more and more attention.Solar energy with its large reserves,use for a long time,easy to be exploited,is considered one of the most competitive new energy.The utilization of solar energy is from the last century and has made a lot of achievements.As the first generation of solar cell,silicon solar cell has been successfully commercialized.And perovskite solar cells are also promising photovoltaic devices for its simple process,light absorbing ability,higher efficiency and so on.The silicon and perovskite cells combination is no doubt a very promising application by a simple series process.We study on the optimization of perovskite layer,the modification of transparent electrode and tandem devices,the main contents are as follows:1)Using metal Ag as transparent electrode,we successfully prepared bifacial semitransparent perovskite solar cell.When the light is illuminated from the ITO side,the power conversion efficiency of device is 8.04%,the Voc=0.96 V,the Jsc=13.96 mA/cm2FF=0.60;When the light is illuminated from the Ag side,power conversion efficiency of device is 5.24%Voc=0.96 V,Jsc=8.46 mA/cm2,FF=0.64;2)Evaporation antireflection layer on the silver film enhanced the electrode transparent,also improved performance of semitransparent perovskite solar cell.When the light is illuminated from the ITO side,the power conversion efficiency of device is 10.04%,the Voc=0.95 V,the Jsc=16.91 mA/cm2,FF=0.65;When the light is illuminated from the Ag side,power conversion efficient of device is 6.54%Voc=0.92 V,Jsc=10.40 mA/cm2,FF=0.68.3)Exploration the mechanism of interfacial modification between the electron transport layer and the transparent electrodes,we successfully improved the performance of devices.When the light is illuminated from the ITO side,the power conversion efficiency of device is 13.55%,the Voc=0.98 V,the Jsc=18.60 mA/cm2,FF=0.74;When the light is illuminated from the Ag side,power conversion efficiency of device is 8.41%Voc=0.94 V,Jsc=11.52mA/cm2,FF=0.77.4)By stacking industrial low-bandgap silicon?Si?bottom cells and semitransparent perovskite solar cells to build four-terminal tandem cells,the spectral response has been broadened from the visible region to the infrared region.The top perovskite cell and the bottom silicon cell power conversion efficiency are 13.38%and 14.2%,respectively.Meanwhile the total efficiency is 17.03%,much higher than any of single device.
