With the rapid economic development,China’s infrastructure construction is huge,and the demand for ready-mixed concrete is increasing.Concrete mixer trucks play a very important role in long-distance transportation.During transportation,the concrete inevitably solidifies on the inner wall of the mixing tank and the double spiral blades.Due to the special structure of the mixing tank,it is not only difficult to clean,but it will corrode the tank body for a long time.An efficient and safe cleaning method is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,for the internal cleaning of the mixing tank of the concrete mixer truck,the method of triangular fuzzy number,information entropy and product function analysis is used to mix and transport the concrete on the basis of the existing mixing tank cleaning device and related cleaning equipment of the concrete mixer truck Innovative design and research has been carried out on the cleaning device of the truck mixing tank.First,the thesis obtains the relevant information about the cleaning of the mixing tank of the concrete mixer truck through field investigation and other methods,and expresses it in the form of a storyboard to obtain the user’s original needs.Use the KJ method to sort out,summarize and screen out the independent user needs.Then use fuzzy clustering analysis to perform dynamic clustering to obtain hierarchical user requirements.Use the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the importance of multi-level user demand indicators,and establish a user demand hierarchy model based on the final user demand weights.Then,using the functional principle scheme design method,referring to the user demand hierarchy model of the cleaning of the mixing tank of the concrete mixer truck,systematically analyze the functions,structural principles and modeling characteristics of related typical products,and integrate the concrete mixer truck mixing in the form of a function tree The function of the tank cleaning device shows the functional principle structure and information flow of the cleaning device with a functional structure diagram.The innovative design of the functional principle of the mixing tank cleaning device of the concrete mixer truck is completed.Next,the functional principle is solved using the morphological matrix.Based on this output function scheme.Finally,the credibility is used to determine each evaluation index,and a scientific and reasonable multi-factor evaluation index system for the functional plan of the tank cleaning device of the concrete mixer truck is constructed.In order to reduce the influence caused by the subjective factors of the evaluator,the information entropy and deviation entropy are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation index,and the weighted average method is used to obtain the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index.Then use triangular fuzzy numbers to select the functional principle scheme that meets the user’s needs as much as possible.Finally,three-dimensional design software such as Creo and Rhino are used to build a preferred three-dimensional digital model of the functional plan of the mixing tank cleaning device,and a virtual simulation of its use process is performed.Putting theory into practice has verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the above design method.This design method proposes a feasible solution for the cleaning of the mixing tank,and has certain reference value for the cleaning design of other types of tank equipment.
