With various types of sensor technologies and data storage technologies greatly improved,the data and information generated during the construction process of large-scale projects including shield construction have been moving toward to be complex,high-dimensional,and multi-dimensional.Faced with the increasing construction data in dimension and volume,how to obtain,understand and analyse the data information rapidly has become a major problem for construction workers and managers.Therefore,this paper designs and develops a analysis and visualization platform of shield construction data based on the analysis requirements and the characteristics of shield construction data.By analyzing data can assist constructors and managers excavate the rules of the data,and by utlizing visualization technology can assist constructors and managers to obtain overall profile of construction data and the detailed information in a short time.Thus,this platform could provide an effective reference for decision-making in the construction process,which is of great significance to ensure construction safety and construction quality.This paper introduces the classification of shield construction data firstly,and discusses the shield construction data visualization technology according to the characteristics of shield construction data.Secondly,through analyzing the requirement of the analysis and visualization platform of shield construction data,the architecture design of the the platform are completed and this platform are divided into data support layer,information management layer and business logic layer,and the functional modules of the platform are designed in detail.Then,considering the monitoring system of ground subsidence in shield construction,and the characteristics of ground subsidence monitoring data and the analysis requirements,the data visualization method and early warning method of ground subsidence data are discussed.The Peck empirical formula and ordinary Kriging spatial interpolation method are used to predict and analyse ground subsidence data in front of the working shield machine.Simultaneously,the main factors of the shield tunneling axis deviation of the shield trajectory planning and the specific measures for rectifying the trajectory axis are discussed.In this paper,a prediction method of offset correction parameters of shield track axis based on SVR is proposed,and the principle of SVR is introduced,and the realization flow of this method is given.The feasibility of the prediction method is verified by taking a certain shield construction section in a city as an example.Finally,the key technologies of platform development are described in detail and the development of the analysis and visualization platform of shield construction data is completed.At the same time,the main function interface and operation process of the platform are introduced. |
