Due to concurrent Engineering,process management,and the rapid development of the theory of advanced manufacturing,new product development has become influence whether to adapt to the market competitiveness of enterprise is an important part.How to effectively apply the theory and technology planning the whole process of the project,so as to control product development smoothly.Not only can effectively improve industrial productivity,but also can enhance the efficiency of resource allocation,to maximize the enterprise benefit.Traditional enterprise at present stage has not for restructuring and upgrading of industrial structure,so the application of business model and management mechanism cannot meet the actual demand.In order to solve this problem,this paper deals with the development of new products and management of in-depth analysis,in order to better serve the enterprise operation.In the case of fully understand and grasp the market demand,enterprises need in product quality,management ability,risk aversion and expand and improve on the personalized demand satisfaction.Although abroad have in project management,product development and so on has carried on the systematic professional research,but these experiences could not be completely copy,need to make adaptive adjustment according to the environmental and operating conditions.This paper first analyzes the present situation of manufacturing enterprise new product development process management,and summarizes the process of comprehensive,integrated management theory,and applies the theoretical knowledge to in the actual operation of the enterprise.For example,company with advanced management idea and operation mode as the theoretical guidance,traditional to intelligent transition,and improved the control mode,reduce the company's overall operating costs.At the same time,this article put forward to support concurrent product development process management system structure model,the entire process for the systematic carding.This structure model effectively integrated enterprise project management,schedule management and process management,content management,to control the whole management process of orderly provides a reference basis.The architecture is of great significance for collaborative development of new products,can promote the enterprise management to achieve goals.In order to verify the actual use of the architecture of scientific rationality need to repeated inspection and related technology research.In project management requires work from multiple aspects respectively;these three have progress,risks,and plan,and emphatically analyzes the details of all work.In using the Gantt chart and network diagram analysis of project management at the same time,also need through relevant analysis model for technical management,so as to control the whole process of enterprise management science.At last,taking ASME project development management in Vestas Company as example,use project management method in product development process.Research how to do dynamic control and adjustment for the product development according to the development schedule.Study the principle and frame of progress management system to ensure the project completed on time.
