Based on the previous research on the billet marking equipment and the existing problems,a new type of side spray marking equipment has been developed.This equipment has the advantages of high stability,fast writing speed and low failure rate.It also reduces the manufacturing cost of the equipment and has a great market competitive power.Making a comprehensive comparison of the development status at home and abroad,we determined the significance of our research.In combination with the actual situation,the optimal scheme was finally determined by comparing the common identification methods,transmission modes and phosphorus removal methods.The equipment consists of a large base,phosphorus removal mechanism,X-moving device,upper case and electric control part,and the upper case contains a writing mechanism.The writing mechanism is the core part of the equipment,the ball screw was used as the transmission mode,and the double guide rail leads to enhance the rigidity of the movement.The spear head anti-collision device was designed to minimize the damage of the head when the control fails.In order to achieve good labeling effect,a new mechanical phosphorus removal mechanism is designed,which achieves a good effect of phosphorus removal,and greatly reduces manufacturing and use costs.The selection calculation process of ball screw,spring,motor,cylinder,gear rack and so on were introduced in detail.The writing mechanism is the core components of the marking device,which has high manufacturing cost and will inevitably collide with the billet during the process of movement,so it is necessary to analyze the collision.ANSYS Workbench and LS-DYNA are combined to make collision simulation analysis of the writing mechanism,so as to ensuring that the gun head has enough strength in lightweight design.Through analysis,the collision stress nephogram,center displacement curve and impact force variation curve were obtained.At the same time,the impulse of the office will be transformed into a shock load in the collision time,which was acted on the gun head protection cover,and the static analysis is carried out to test the impact of the collision on other components.In order to prevent the writing mechanism from resonance and affecting the identification effect,the modal analysis of the writing mechanism was carried out,and the identification process of the number 4 was analyzed,it is concluded that the possibility of resonance in the office work is minimal.The results of finite element analysis show that the structural design of the billet marking device is reasonable and the strength meets the requirements of use.
