Along with the rapid development of science and technology and high degree of automation of industrial production,the enterprise have took building automated warehouse construction machinery,electronic information,control,software technology an important means of to solve many problems as one of the scarcity of land resources,rising labor costs,logistics slow etc.the enterprise have took building an automated warehouse construction including machinery,electronic information,control software and other technology as an important means to solve many problems as the scarcity of land resources,rising labor costs,logistics slow etc.After more than half a century of development,automated warehouse has been successfully applied to many fields,such as mechanical and electrical,automobile,aviation,tobacco,medicine and so on.As the core equipment of a stereoscopic warehouse,stacker is responsible for most tasks of transportation,lifting,storing and storing in the library,and its performance is related to the efficiency of the whole warehouse.Due to the differences of warehouse conditions and production needs,it is of great practical significance to design a stacking machine with good mechanical and control performance based on the actual production of enterprises.In this study,on the basis of the overall planning of an enterprise automated warehouse,a single column stacker for the warehouse is designed.The main contents include:Analyze the development status of automated warehouse and stacker at home and abroad,and study the key technology and development trend of the stacker application.Combined with the production practice of the enterprise three-dimensional warehouse,the main performance parameters of the stacker are determined,and the overall design of the mechanical structure is completed.The three-dimensional modeling work of the stacker is accomplished by using SolidWorks software,and the supporting measures for safety production are put forward.The traditional mechanical formula and ABAQUS finite element analysis software are used to check the key structure of the designed stacker,and verify whether the designed stacking machine meets the requirements of strength,stiffness and vibration.In view of the lack of rigidity of the vertical column in the design,the structural optimization design of various schemes is proposed.By comparing the optimization results,the selection of the optimal scheme can effectively enhance the rigidity of the column,and get more satisfactory results.The overall plan design and hardware selection of the stacker control system are completed,and the control of the speed and position of the stacker is programmed with PLC.The main task and purpose of the study:according to industry standards and the previous design experience,combined with enterprise specific production requirements,complete the research on mechanical structure and control system of single pillar stacker,and puts forward the solutions to the problems found in the design,and strive to provide reliable experience for the logistics industry practitioners reference.
