With the continuous development of network technology,virtual reality technology has been gradually integrated into people’s lives.Virtual reality technology can build the real world into a virtual world,and use the related VR devices to experience the virtual scene built by the experience,and have the ability to interact with the scene.The continuous progress of VR technology has raised people’s audio-visual experience to a new height.It is now widely used in many fields,such as real estate,education,medicine,industrial simulation and military.It is no longer represented by a science and technology,but a product that intersects the growing entertainment needs of the Internet and the industrial chain of technology and technology.Things are new things that are born in the future.On the basis of VR technology,this paper takes the common basic unit and family style as the research object on the market.Through the analysis of the market demand,we use the 3D modeling software 3ds Max and the material design software Substance Designer to construct the real sample of the texture,and realize the integration and interaction of the multimedia resources in the Unity engine.The creation of the platform,the interactive functions of the mainstream VR devices,HTC Vive and C#scripting language,and finally the realization of the virtual home decoration system.This system can switch scenes,roaming indoors,moving furniture,and switching models and materials through user control handles and helmets.By analyzing the application status of the whole real estate industry and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and VR property,a set of virtual home installation system can be designed and developed to solve the problems of high cost and long construction cycle in the real estate industry.Through the design of the virtual home decoration system,we can not only show the layout and style of the sample rooms,but also interact and make home furnishings and roaming.To achieve development and experience of real estate in the shortest time,whether consumers,real estate businessmen or designers can benefit from it.
