| With the rapid development of economic construction and science and technology,people’s living standards and housing conditions have been greatly improved.At the same time,the total population has become larger and larger,and the building area needed by the city has become larger and larger.However,the land area available for the construction industry is very limited.Therefore,buildings gradually move to higher and underground spaces.The development of the foundation pit also makes the foundation pit engineering more and more important,especially in the super high-rise buildings and excavation depth of the project.At present,there are more and more underground shopping malls,underground parking lots,metro networks covering the city and various underground pipelines,so that the foundation pit project is progressing and developing continuously and has gained rich construction experience.People’s research on foundation pit engineering is more and more thorough.Foundation pit engineering is a very complicated engineering problem which involve multidisciplinary knowledge of the system.Many factors should be considered in foundation pit engineering,including engineering geological and hydrological conditions,safe use of surrounding environment,engineering cost and construction equipment,etc.Therefore,it should be adapted to local conditions,and at the same time to consider all aspects of influencing factors to avoid the occurrence of foundation pit safety accidents in the design and construction of foundation pit engineering because it includes the interaction between support structure and soil.Taking the Jinmeida Plaza Project in Xi’an City as the research background,this paper first briefly introduces the research background and the basis for selecting the subject,the research status of foundation pit engineering at home and abroad and the research ideas of this paper,and then introduces the general situation of the project and the engineering geological conditions,including the basic situation of the project,topography,ground motion parameters,hydrology.The pile-anchor retaining structure is selected as this retaining structure in terms of geological condition,regional geological structure,foundation soil characteristics and adverse geological action.The composition of pile-anchor retaining structure and related calculation theory are introduced.Then the selection of design parameters of foundation pit is introduced.Taking the supporting structure of the foundationpit in the north section as an example,the "straightening out" method is used.The stability of the supporting structure of the deep foundation pit is checked by the supporting design software of the deep foundation pit.Then the numerical simulation of the foundation pit is carried out by using the FLAC3 D software to simulate the horizontal displacement and the final settlement of the ground surface under various excavation conditions.Finally,the results of the righting calculation,the FLAC3 D calculation and the measured displacement are compared and analyzed.It is found that the calculation results are close to each other,which shows the rationality of the foundation pit support design,and verifies the accuracy of numerical simulation,providing a reference for similar projects in the future. |
