Traditional CAD design is difficult to meet current design requirements,Because of the rapid development of China's society,the construction industry is booming,and various complex and comprehensive construction projects keep emerging.As a new technology,BIM applies building information to the whole life cycle of buildings,breaking the limitations of two-dimensional expression,with the advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation and optimization.In installation engineering,there are many shortcomings,such as low efficiency of pipe hanger arrangement,serious waste of materials and so on.The application of BIM technology can effectively improve the layout efficiency and stress checking efficiency of pipe hanger.Based on Revit platform,used Microsoft Visual Studio development software and developer tools to carry out secondary development of pipe hanger layout and the stress checking of pipe hanger.In order to reduced the workload of designers,improved the efficiency of designers,and gave full play to the advantages of information technology in the construction industry.The research contents are as follows:(1)Investigate the research status and development history of BIM technology at home and abroad,introduce the advantages and disadvantages of current popular modeling software,determine the use of Revit platform,and expound the secondary development process and tools.(2)According to the Atlas,the Revit parameterized support hanger family model is established,determined the force check part of the pipe hanger;the force check formula of the pipe hanger is determined according to the steel structure design specification.(3)Arrange pipe hanger,obtain pipe hanger data,pipe data,media data,and preview the three-dimensional layout.According to the design code of steel structure specification,the force of the suspender and the crossbar of the support and hanger is checked.If the limit value is satisfied,then yes,if not,a checking error document is generated,and some suggestions are given for designers to refer to.
