In recent years,because of the great promotion of smart grid and the continuous construction of intelligent substation,the isolation switch intelligent component has been widely used.Among them,because the fault recording technology of the isolated switch controller has the advantages of memory and convenience of the fault data of the intelligent isolating switch drive motor,it becomes the core technology of the research in the development process of the isolated switch intelligent component.The stable and reliable work of driving motor is the precondition of effective operation of isolating switch intelligent component,so the research of this project has high practical value.Fault recording and waveform analysis of isolated switch controller the tasks mainly include the acquisition of operating parameters of working motor,the setting of fault recording parameters,the fault recording of the motor,the fault data transmission,the analysis of the waveform of the fault and the operation of the waveform,and the storage of wave files.This project aims at the specific function that needs to realize,constructs the technology development system,completes the fault recording design task.The main contents of this paper include: Analysis and study of real-time operating system(?C/OS-II)application task architecture,fault waveform analysis software architecture,AC signal sampling algorithm and analog volume processing algorithm,LM3 S series processor data acquisition package design,and based on synchronous serial Interface(SSI)of ferrite memory access,controller and waveform analysis software Modbus Protocol communication packet,based on VC++ fault waveform analysis software,device VT100 Super terminal Man-machine interaction interface function tasks.The key technologies of Project research are: first,accessing the ferrite memory and information storage.Second,the fault waveform analysis shows.After the completion of the project design,functional debugging,the National Relay Protection Testing Center for the product function of the type test,the design of the fault recording function to meet the requirements of user Technical Specification book.The test results also verify the data acquisition and data transmission in the project research.The correct feasibility of the fault waveform reappearance is proved to be complete,stable and reliable for the fault recorder of the designed controller.
