High-voltage isolation switch in the power system plays an isolated power supply,change the system operation mode,sub-small load current,switching operation and other important role.It is usually the number of configuration of the circuit breaker 2 to 3 times the power grid is one of the important high-voltage equipment,the safe operation of the power grid has an important impact.In recent years,due to the use of isolation switch is too long,the manufacturing process is imperfect,maintenance and management of unscientific factors such as the impact of most of our outdoor high voltage isolation switch in the operation of the widespread existence of rotating parts corrosion,transmission is not in place,Not in place and the dynamic and static contact point is too low,static contact heat and other issues.In 2013,the Huizhou Power Supply Bureau substation management substation there were isolation switch type of defect 131,of which the general defect of 96,24 major flaws,11 emergency flaws,for emergency power cut emergency work,Seriously affecting the power supply reliability and grid security.Therefore,strengthening the management and maintenance of the isolation switch,how to improve the isolation switch fault handling technology and control measures to enhance the health of equipment to reduce the failure rate of isolation switch,maintenance staff placed in front of an important issue.In this paper,the following work is mainly carried out:(1)Through the research of the literature,this paper analyzes the status quo of the research on the fault of the isolating switch.On the basis of fully understanding the actual situation,the feasible technical route and method are determined.(2)The isolation switch is classified,and the operating conditions of the isolating switch in the normal environment as well as the special environment are studied.The operating parameters and material selection of the isolating switch are determined.The theoretical foundation is laid for the study.(3)Through the classification of the fault type of the isolating switch,the main failure modes including heat failure and corrosion failure were clarified.At the same time,the failure statistics of the disconnector of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau was finished.(4)Optimize fault handling method by summing up.The feasibility of the treatment is proved in the actual fault processing.And in energy saving and efficiency demonstration.(5)The isolation switch should be maintained according to required requirements.The equipment is badly under mantenance.The quality of the repair is poor.Byoptimizing the operation method.Streng the implementation of teams and groups.Implementing standared jobs.
