The single layer air gap permanent magnetic composite motor(Single-layer gap Permanent magnet Composite Motor,SPCM)is a new power device using the coupling magnetic field at the air gap to produce torque.Compared with the existing permanent magnet motor,SPCM has the same transmission ratio characteristic as that of the mechanical gear,that is,it has the characteristics of low speed and large torque,and the torque density is 4-5 times of the existing permanent magnet motor.This paper briefly describes the history of the development of the magnetic drive and the research status of the permanent magnet composite motor at home and abroad,introduces the basic structure and operating principle of SPCM,and obtains the expression of the air gap magnetic field of concentric permanent magnet gear in the absence of a magnetic ring with analytical method,and the magnetic modulation after adding the magnetic loop is derived.Function,introducing the magnetic loop into the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and obtaining the calculation formula of the transmission ratio of SPCM.The mathematical relation between the output speed and the logarithm of the winding pole,the number of stator slot,the frequency of current and the logarithm of permanent magnet is established,which lays a theoretical foundation for the continuation of the chapter.According to the design requirements and reference motor design manuals,we have designed the two-dimensional structure of SPCM.By analyzing the relation between the rated power and the parameters of the main size of the motor,the calculation formula of SPCM parameters is given.Then each parameter is input into the Ansoft electromagnetic analysis software,and the required SPCM two-dimensional electromagnetic simulation model is established,and the working characteristic curves of the torque,speed and overload protection of the SPCM are obtained,and the simulation results are obtained.It shows that the designed SPCM has the characteristics of magnetic speed change,and its output characteristic is low speed and large torque.Through the control variable method,the length and thickness of the magnetic pole block,the stator blade and the yoke thickness of the inner rotor are changed one by one,and these parameters are optimized by the Ansoft finite element simulation software.Using optimized parameter structure,the torque density of SPCM can be further improved.In addition,in view of the defects of the SPCM output speed and the torque ripple,the damping of the rotor is increased by adding the damping strip on the rotor,and the output speed fluctuation is reduced.The internal heat conduction model of SPCM is analyzed and established,the heat dissipation structure of heat dissipation through SPCM spindle and ribs is given.The internal wind path of SPCM is optimized.Through the 3D modeling software of Solidworks,the three-dimensional modeling of SPCM is carried out,and the model is introduced into the software of Floefd hydrodynamics for thermal simulation and calculation.The results of SPCM heat distribution cloud and air cooling flow line prove the correctness of the designed cooling structure.
