Since the reform and opening up,China's position in the world economy and trade has become higher and higher,China's port industry in the global port industry and even in the global logistics chain has also occupied a pivotal position,the development speed and scale of the entire industry in the world is far ahead.At this stage,a large number of enterprises specializing in port logistics business began to emerge.Like port industry,the development speed of China's port logistics industry is also very fast.However,due to the short development time of the whole industry,compared with foreign advanced port logistics enterprises,the vast majority of port logistics enterprises in China still have obvious differences in management ability and management level.Among them,the lack of a scientific and rational marketing strategy management system is a major problem restricting the development of China's port logistics enterprises.This paper tries to find out the mode and method of developing marketing strategy management for port logistics enterprises in China by reviewing and summarizing the relevant theories at home and abroad,and then to analyze the marketing strategy environment,market segmentation,target market,market positioning and marketing mix of Tianjin Port LD Logistics Company.Strategies and marketing strategy implementation and other content in-depth and shallow research and analyis,and finally get the most suitable for Tianjin Port LD Logistics Company's marketing strategy planning sy(?)m.By using the methods:of literature review,theory and practice combination,"SWOT analysis and so on,this(?)paper makes a systematic analysis and Research on the marketing environment,marketing strategy scheme design and marketing strategy scheme implementation of Tianjin Port LD Logistics Company.On the basis of current research theories at home and abroad,a whole set of design is designed.This system is not only suitable for Tianjin Port LD Logistics Limited Company,but also suitable for the port logistics enterprises similar to Tianjin Port LD Logistics Company.It has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
