| Along with the rapid development of electronic information industry,the material quality of single crystals as well as its producing techniques has attracted more and more attention.Especially,it is a key process to test the material quality of single crystals.At present,it has been a common technical method to use X-ray diffraction for nondestructive test of single crystals.Through the usage of the X-ray diffraction for single crystals,it is easy to get curves of their key parameters.Meanwhile,based on these curves,it can be analyzed and then get the qualitative key parameters about the crystals.However,there also exist some problems deserving our attention.On one hand,there are no connections among all the X-ray orientation instruments which are used for nondestructive test of single crystals.In another word,the current situation is "one machine,one crystal".On another hand,it also stops on the artificial judging stage to defect identification of single crystals.And the integral instruments still lies in low automatic level for.Therefore,it is quite necessary to design a multiple-functional X-ray orientation instruments which not only can do nondestructive examination for many different kinds of single crystals,but also can intelligently identify the defects of these single crystals.In this thesis,DSP is regarded as the controller in the control system for the multi-function X ray Orientation Instrument.And the servo motor is droved by an OMRON servo driver in order to drive the rotation of the crystal rotating table.C#program is used to design the PC control software including functions of selecting the system and setting the key parameters and operation.Based on the current data,transitive closure clustering method is used to defect the identification of single crystal material.Based on the current knowledge base,the improvement method of Fuzzy c-means is used to defect the identification of a numbers of single crystal materials.This thesis’s main work includes:1)The design of the overall structure of the system.2)The design of the hardware structure of the system,including the development of the smallest DSP core module,the main circuit unit,DSP peripheral circuit,switch input and output circuit.3)The design of the software structure of the system,including DSP initialization,design of ADC module,design of ePWM module,design of eQEP module,design of SCI module and designing of the PC control software,etc...4)After the design of the software and hardware,this thesis makes research of the method of defecting identification of single crystal material.Based on the current data,transitive closure clustering method is used to defect the identification of single crystal material.Based on the current knowledge base,the improvement method of Fuzzy c-means is used to defect the identification of a numbers of single crystal materials.The simulation result shows the effectiveness of the established pattern recognition model.5)Based on the research,this thesis shows the details of the system of defecting identification of the single crystal material. |
