With the development of economy,power consumption,the capacity of power plant unit is also growth,the unit safe and stable operation is more and more important.Boiler is a kind of very important power plant protection.For a long time,the drum level is a important parameter,the safe operation of the boiler has been attached great importance.The phenomenon frequently occurred that the water level measuring and configuration problems leading to error judgment and false operational from operation personnel,warning water level failure and refusing action,therefore requires to solve the problem of high water level measurement and protection as soon as possible.In this article,through the optimization of DCS network design and hardware and software system transformation,make our drum level control system of the first unit more secure and reliable.Not only realize the logic function that medium of the three governing,increase drum interlock function.fault judging by two out of three way,at the same time automatically converted into one out of two or one out of oneArticle first analyzed the existing drum level control system,puts forward the defects and all kinds of fault,purposefully and targeted put forward the problem needing to be solved and optimal design scheme is also put forward.Through transforming the hardware and software implement of the final effect.In the hardware design,by combination with the actual situation and researching into several kinds of level measuring devices,I select the differential pressure transmitter and single balance container as level measuring device.On the hardware configuration at the same time,by defining the signal input modules and switch output modules,and the channel module definition.The software with DCS control system through the logical design and configuration to achieve the ultimate level of protection.After transforming,the system test repeatedly,test situations that the drum level signal is possible occur and made a detailed record.The tests proved that the transformation achieve the expected effect.Realization of boiler drum level protection two out of three protection,and can automatically switch to one out of two and one out of one's protected mode,to make our the first and second unit boiler drum level protection more reliable,as to guarantee the safe operation of boilers.
