With the development of the Belt and Road,China has increased cooperation with ASEAN countries,and hydropower construction has become one of the important business cards for cooperation between the Chinese government and ASEAN countries.The power infrastructure of ASEAN countries is in the development stage,but the water resources are abundant.And the hydropower construction has great development potential,and the climate characteristics are similar to those in South China.Therefore,the Guangxi Yongning Water Conservancy Project was used as a research object.The electric optimization design of the water conservancy hub was carried out,and the electrical design scheme suitable for hydropower stations in South China was summarized,which provided reference for ASEAN countries and promoted hydropower development cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.Firstly,the optimization model of Yongning Water Conservancy Project was established with the minimum total cost of total life cycle as the optimization goal,including optimization of main wiring,equipment selection and equipment layout.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)intelligent optimization algorithm was used to solve the problem.Then the optimization scheme was obtained,and the case analysis was carried out with the Yongning Water Conservancy Hub as the background to verify the correctness of the model and algorithm.Secondly,the field investigation of the Yongning Water Control Project was carried out to investigate the main wiring optimization scheme,equipment selection optimization scheme and the specific implementation of the electrical equipment layout.The overall cost before and after the optimization of the water conservancy project was understood.The solution result of the optimization model established in this paper was compared with the actual project case,and explain its rationality.Finally,according to the optimization example analysis and actual engineering situation of Yongning water conservancy project,the electrical design scheme suitable for South China water conservancy project was summarized from the aspects of reliability,flexibility and economy,which can be used as a reference for the electrical design of South China and even ASEAN countries.
