| With the development of the world economy and technology,global marine resources development has entered an accelerated stage.Marine oil and gas development is one of the main contents of marine resource development projects,and the jack up rig is the main equipment for offshore oil and gas exploration and development.The exploration engineering of marine resources has become an important part of the global new technological revolution.The development of offshore oil fields has also raised new issues for the design and research of jack up rigs.The power system of the jack up rig is the basis for all production tasks,and the power station is a core component of it.Therefore,the research about it should be strengthened.In this study,the jack up rig under construction of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co.,Ltd.is taken as the example.Firstly,based on the full understanding of the main parameters,the characteristics of the power system and its main components,the bus bar system diagram is designed.According to the condition of economy and reliability,the capacity and number of generators are determined after calculation.Secondly,the S7-300PLC combined the data from PROFIBUS-DP field bus of the generators is taken as the core controller to design the automation function of the power station such as automatic start,automatic parallelization,frequency and load control,tripping,safety protection,which ensures continuous power supply.Finally,the monitoring interfaces are designed to enhance human-computer interaction,and constantly monitor the status and operation process of the generators.The designed automatic function and the performance index of generator are verified by the field debugging process,and the faults are solved.The experimental results show that the automation function is stable and reliable and all the indexes are in accordance with the requirements of the CCS,which meets the ship owner expectation and completes the task successfully. |
