The voice coil motor is a linear motor and is designed according to the Lorentz force principle.It has good dynamic and static performance and control characteristics.Since the motor has no intermediate transmission structure,there is no friction caused by the transmission structure during linear motion.And it has a very high positioning accuracy,so it is widely used in the field of motor position control.In this paper,an in-depth study of the voice coil motor position control system is carried out,and a voice coil motor control system with high-precision positioning function is designed,which can be applied to various high-precision positioning devices.In this paper,we studied the closed-loop position control system of voice coil motor,and established the mathematical model of voice coil motor.The simulation model was built in Matlab and the simulation experiment was carried out.Then the position of the motor was established according to the established mathematical model.The control strategy algorithm includes the conventional PID control strategy and the fuzzy PID control strategy.On this basis,a new position control algorithm is proposed for the noise interference of the motor during the actual motion,especially the high frequency noise interference.A study of related experiments was conducted.Firstly,according to the structure of the voice coil motor,the working principle is analyzed,and the voice coil motor is mathematically modeled.The transfer function between the output displacement of the voice coil motor and the input voltage is obtained.Then the working principle of the differential transformer position sensor used in the system is analyzed.Finally,the mathematical model and transfer function of the position sensor are obtained.Secondly,according to the established motor model,the motor control algorithm is studied.The voice coil motor control system adopts double closed-loop control strategy,namely position loop and current loop control method.At the same time,aiming at the noise interference problem in the actual operation of the motor,this paper proposes a motor PID noise model and designs a new control algorithm to eliminate noise interference.According to the analysis between the various functional modules of the system,the overalldesign of the motor control system was carried out,and the system experiment platform was built.The control system includes a hardware circuit portion and a system design portion.The hardware part includes: H-bridge power circuit design,power supply circuit,communication interface circuit,and the like.The software part includes: main program design,system interrupt program,position control algorithm design.Finally,based on the experimental platform built,relevant experimental research was carried out.The experimental verification analysis of the position PID control strategy is carried out.The experiment shows the feasibility of the proposed control algorithm.
