With the development of China's economy,the living standards of residents have been continuously improved,and the private cars ownership ever-increasing.The implementation of national statutory holidays programming and the free highway-fee-charge policy has led to rapid development of self-driving travel modes.China's tourism industry has entered a new stage of development which form of tourism has changed from group tour to self-driving tour and free travel of mass tourism and global tourism.Suburb tourism has become an important way of tourism and lifestyle for urban residents for its close distance to the city centre,less time consumed on the way and various landscapes.According to the survey,in 2017,the number of Beijing residents traveling in the suburbs of Beijing exceeded 30 million(the resident population of the city was 21,177,000).According to the field survey of tourists in the suburbs of Beijing,the number of people who use self-driving vehicles for out-of-town travel is high,and people have high expectations for the accessibility of tourism resources.Self-driving travel relies on road traffic which has gradually become an important means of transportation to improve the accessibility of natural tourist attractions for its flexible,fast and adaptable.At present,China's suburban tourism road transportation network system generally cannot meet the rapid development of suburban tourism for its shortcomings such as low connectivity,low degree of network,and unclear classification.it is necessary to propose the layout method of suburban tourism roads according to the relevant needs of self-driving travel in suburban tours and the behavioral characteristics of tourists for large cities with rich tourism resources,improve the accessibility of tourism resources and maximize the development tourism resources to promoting the development of suburban tourism.Firstly,put forward the concept,spatial definition and distribution model of suburban tourism based on self-driving demand with the previous research results of suburban tourism,and obtain the characteristics of suburban tourism in Beijing through the analysis of suburban tourism behavior in the way of questionnaire and field investigation.Secondly,analyz the concept and characteristics of tourism resources from the perspective of tourism resources science,and scenic spots which have the characteristics of "large concentration and small dispersion" cluster into scenic spots through the buffer analysis tools of Geographic Information System(GIS).Thirdly,According to the characteristics of tourism resources and the degree of preference of tourists for tourism resources construct an improved node importance model to determine the size of the node.Divide tourism resources with different functional status into different levels by K-means cluster analysis method.Determine the grade of each tourist road based on route importance calculation.And then form “fast-forward” trunk line network and “slow tour” tourist ring road inside scenic spot group which connect trunk lines to scenic spots(groups),scenic spots(groups)to scenic spots(groups)by layered layout method.Fourthly,Based on the needs of suburban tourist tourists and from the perspective of time distance,using indicators of weighted average travel time to calculate the accessibility of tourism resources by the means of network Analysis Function of Geographic Information System(GIS).Fifthly,the paper takes the shallow mountainous areas of Beijing as an example,Form a road network layout scheme based on the importance of tourism resources on the basis of the existing dry line network,and then evaluate this program concluded that the accessibility of tourism resources after the layout of the tourist road network increases the accessibility of the tourist in the 1-2 hours of the best driving time by 1219.91 square kilometers,its concluded that the tourism road network layout scheme is more effective in improving the accessibility of tourism resources.According to the characteristics of the tourist roads,put forward some corresponding requirements and suggestions to improve the service facilities along the tourist highway by methods of reading literature and information collected at the Tourist Highway Forum.
