Restricted by the grid acceptance capacity,wind power is forced to limit its output.With the increase of installed capacity of wind power industry in China,wind abandonment problem can not be ignored.According to the limited conditions of wind power and the grid acceptance capacity,a scheme of using electric boilers to heat up and absorb wind abandonment in Northeast China is proposed,which can increase the load of electricity and enhance the air supply of wind power to grid.To solve the problem of wind power peak shaving.The scheme of utilizing electric boilers to heat up and absorb abandoned wind is to increase the load of electricity by using electric boilers at night when the power consumption is low.The increased load is provided by wind farms,that is,to increase the grid power consumption of wind power,and to reduce the abandoned wind power consumption at low valley.Its operation mechanism is to use the abandoned wind power supply to power the electric boiler through the mode of "binding" between the wind farm and the electric boiler,and equip the electric boiler with a heat storage device,so that the surplus wind power can be converted into heat energy and stored,and the stored "abandoned wind power" can be used to heat up during the peak period of daytime electricity consumption,so as to achieve the shift.The purpose of peak filling is beneficial to peak load regulation of power grid.It provides reference for analyzing the coal saving effect of electric heating scheme and formulating flexible operation plan.The economic model of optimal dispatching for wind power heating is established with the objective function of minimizing operation cost.The model is solved by the optimization toolbox of MATLAB.The dispatching results are verified by substituting basic data.The feasibility of the scheme is proved by the optimal dispatching results.
