This paper introduces the background of the exploration of the electric boiler heat reservoir system , based on the requirement of the environment protection, peeling peak and filling in valley for the electricity load and enlarging supply and sales which provides very wide development space for the electric boiler heat reservoir. Considering the situation of electric boiler and the feature of heating in Chongqing City, we have explored a full-automatic and reliable system of electric boiler heat reservoir.According to the real-time pricing of electricity adopted by the power company and the reduction of operating costs, we discuss the optimization operation of electric boiler system with heat boiler. The optimized operation is make the circulate expenses lowest of system. However the optimization operation of the system Relates parameters of the system including each time of electricity price and customers heat burthen. Therefore we look for a mathematic model for begging the solution of circulating expenses according to the policy of time sharing charge at present time and converse it to a LP roblem,make use of the revising Simplex Method to Calculate the minimum.With this method, we can draw a good design for the system and optimize its operation. Moreover, the author still put forward a guideline ?the best operation coefficient of appraisement operation way and confirm the pragmatism in the system's economical circulate estimate and analysis.
