Research On Construction Quality Control Of A Power Grid Project

As a result of the investigation,among the many projects,electric power project is a special type of project,especially with the continuous development of smart grid technology,the construction of power grid project is more and more difficult,and the management of personnel and equipment is different from the traditional project management.Therefore,in the incentive market competition,how to effectively manage the power grid project is an urgent problem to be solved by the current decision-maker.Based on the specific situation of a power grid construction project,this paper starts with the whole process of the project construction cycle,takes the quality management as the center,analyzes the existing problems at the present stage,and puts forward the improved quality control scheme and measures,and carries on the application analysis,in order to improve the quality of the power grid project construction.The main content of this thesis is based on the construction situation of a certain power grid project.Investigate the existing problems in the current work,design the questionnaire,investigate the problems in the construction quality control of a power grid project through the way of visiting and questionnaire,and analyze the causes of the problems,and study the causes of the problems from the aspects of system and management.This paper puts forward an improved project construction quality management scheme,puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems of personnel,organization and system,and forms an omni-directional quality management system architecture oriented to construction process.According to the improved design,facing the practical application,this paper puts forward the multi-angle safeguard measures,and analyzes the effect of construction quality management and control.The analysis results show that the designed project can meet the requirements of the current work and achieve the desired requirements.
