Research On The Construction Quality Management Of Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation In Yangzhou State Grid

With the rapid advance of China’s industrialization,urbanization construction process,the demand for electricity for a long period of time will continue to maintain steady and rapid growth.From the 12th Five-Year power development plan,the task is very arduous power industry development,accelerate the transformation of development mode in the form of electricity is very urgent to improve the quality of electric power engineering construction work and fulfill their social responsibility has become the focus of power construction enterprises.In 2013,the National Electric Net Ltd.issued a "standard distribution type intelligent substation construction technology guide",a clear standard of distribution substation standard design,factory processing,assembling construction principle,pilot prefabricated substation construction nationwide.In September 27,2016,the State Council issued the guiding opinions of the general office of the State Council on the development of prefabricated buildings,which made clear the key areas for the development of prefabricated buildings and steel structures,the proportion of future prefabricated buildings,the new building targets and the key development cities.This thesis takes Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation in Yangzhou State Grid as the main study object.Using the theory of project quality management,the paper put forward the study of Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality management on the basis of analyzing the project survey systematically.Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality management include three aspects:Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality plan,Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality assurance and Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality control.First of all,this paper formulated the quality plan of Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project on the basis of analyzing the background,quality standard,and technical standards of Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project.Then,according to the quality plan,performed quality assurance to the project.Finally,performed quality control to the project in order to improve the quality of Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project.The study of Yangzhou Assembled Steel Structure Transformer Substation Project quality management in this paper has proved that the theory of project quality management is feasible and reasonable to improve the quality of the bridge engineering,this also has reference significance for other construction projects.
