The contact pressure between pantograph slide plate and catenary wire changes at all times when the train is running,and the fluctuating contact pressure directly affects the friction characteristics of the pantograph-catenary sliding electric contact current carrying current.With the increase of train speed,the friction performance between pantograph slide plate and catenary wire has a direct impact on the safe and reliable operation of the train.Aiming at the problem that the contact pressure between pantograph and catenary is a fluctuating pressure load,this paper simulates the contact state of pantograph and catenary under different working conditions by using the Pin-Disc sliding Electrical contact friction and Wear testing Machine.The current carrying friction experiment of pantograph-catenary sliding electric contact under fluctuating load was carried out.The dynamic current-carrying characteristics and friction characteristics of pantograph-catenary sliding contact under fluctuating load are studied.Combined with the surface morphology under different conditions,the running speed and contact current are deeply analyzed.The influence mechanism of fluctuating contact pressure and other factors on the current carrying characteristics and friction force.Take into account sliding electric contact friction and speed,contact current and voltage between pantograph slide and catenary wire The force is closely related and affected by the coupling of electrical,mechanical and both forces,so it is difficult to realize mathematical modeling.BP and RBF neural network are used to study and train the experimental data of sliding electric contact of pantograph and catenary under constant pressure load.The relationship between friction force and velocity,current and pressure is established.RBF neural network with good modeling effect under constant pressure load was selected and optimized by particle swarm optimization.The friction force of sliding electric contact of pantograph and catenary under fluctuating load was predicted and modeled.The accuracy of the model was verified by simulation in MATLAB environment.The results show that: the connection between pantograph and catenary The smaller the range of contact pressure,the lower the frequency,the better the mass of dynamic current,the worse,the magnitude of arc energy is closely related to the mass of current carrier.The neural network method is an accurate and effective method for predicting the friction force of sliding electric contact between pantograph and catenary.
