As the driving speed of electric locomotives is getting higher and higher,the wear of the pantograph slide is intensified,which greatly reduces the service life of the pantograph slide and seriously affects the safe,efficient and stable operation of the train.Therefore,the research on the sliding friction of the pantograph slide under the condition of the fluctuating load and the current-carrying has a strong theoretical significance.In this paper,the self-made sliding electric contact test machine has used to carry out the current-carrying friction experiment under the fluctuating load,and analyze the effects of sliding speed,traction current,static pressure load,fluctuating amplitude of the pressure and fluctuating frequency of the pressure on longitudinal friction and lateral friction.Then,the experimental data of longitudinal friction and lateral friction were obtained,and the longitudinal friction model and the lateral friction model were established based on the experimental data.The longitudinal friction model was based on the Coulomb + viscous friction model in the mechanical system,and the viscous friction part of the original model was corrected,and the traction current,static pressure load,fluctuating amplitude of the pressure,fluctuating frequency of the pressure and other factors were introduced.A new longitudinal friction model was established.Based on the experimental data of longitudinal friction,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and MATLAB were used to identify the parameters of the established longitudinal friction model.Through the Q-Q diagram of the residual and the fitting curve of the experimental data and the longitudinal friction model,the longitudinal friction model could effectively predict the longitudinal frictional force of the sliding electrical contact of the pantograph-catenary under the fluctuating load.Based on the experimental data curve of the lateral friction force and the shape of the lateral friction experimental data curve,the lateral friction model was established by analyzing the effects of the factors,such as sliding speed,traction current,static pressure load,fluctuating amplitude of the pressure,fluctuation frequency of the pressure,on the lateral friction.This paper used the 1stOpt software to identify the parameters of the lateral friction model.It can be seen from the Q-Q diagram of the residual and the fitting curve of the experimental data and the improved friction model that the lateral friction model was effective.From the perspective of force work,the relationship between the sliding friction force,the longitudinal friction force and the lateral friction force was established.The work of each force was solved by the micro-element method,and through simplification the combined force of the longitudinal friction force and the lateral friction was obtained.
