With the advancement of society and the development of science and technology,power equipment has become increasingly popular on various occasions.In some high-temperature,highpressure,highly toxic,and radioactive work environments,power equipment is usually a closed metal structure.In order to monitor its internal working conditions,sensors and microcontrollers are often installed inside.The use of wires to power the sensors and microcontrollers directly requires the use of perforations in the metal structure,which can destroy the hermeticity and integrity of the metal structure.However,radio energy transmission technology has pointed out the direction for solving this problem.Currently,wireless transmission technologies can be classified into electric field coupling,magnetic field coupling,microwave radiation,and ultrasonic waves depending on the transmission method.However,due to the influence of metal electromagnetic shielding effect,wireless transmission technology using electromagnetic waves as an energy transmission medium cannot achieve good results in metal structures.Ultrasonic coupled energy transmission technology can effectively overcome this obstacle and transmit radio energy through metal media.In order to study the influence of different metal media on the transmission efficiency of the ultrasonic coupling system,this paper builds the equivalent circuit model of the ultrasonic coupling system based on the basic principle and electromechanical equivalent principle of the piezoelectric transducer.On the basis of impedance matching of the system,software modeling is used to analyze the optimization performance of the impedance matching network and the value of different metal media on the system.Through experiments,the effectiveness of the impedance matching network and the transmission efficiency of the system under three kinds of metal media were verified.Experiments show that the system has high transmission efficiency when aluminum metal is used as the transmission medium.
