Solar cell is a kind of photoelectric semiconductor wafer that generates electricity directly from sunlight.It has the advantages of environmental protection,sustainability,long life,rich in production materials and simple structure.Solar cells are mainly composed of tempered glass,EVA,cells,back sheet and junction box and so on,among which the back sheet is an important part of solar photovoltaic cell structure,which plays an insulating and protective role for solar photovoltaic cells.Back sheet main products are thin film composite type and coating type,but at present it's given priority to with thin film composite type solar battery back sheet on the market,and the thin film is given priority to with fluorine membrane,it also has caused the domestic principal solar module manufacturers use the back sheet most of the imports,caused the market price is high and the technical is monopolied by foreign companies.In order to break the foreign technology monopoly and the high price of the status quo,this paper studies on preparation technology of compound back sheet of solar cell with weather-shield durability,to break the monopoly of foreign compound back sheet enterprises in the majority of the market share.In this paper,the adhesive formula used in the compound back sheet of solar cell,curing and other manufacturing conditions of the technology of compound back sheet of solar cell are studied,in order to improve the anti-aging performance,so as to improve the weather resistance of the compound back sheet of solar cell.In this paper,the curing conditions of the adhesive used was investigated through infrared spectrogram analysis,and the initial formula was obtained,in order to further improve the anti-aging performance,the anti-hydrolytic agent and resin were introduced to improve its performance,so as to make the compound back sheet have better weather resistance.At the same time,through the single factor and orthogonal experimental design,the preparation technology of compound back sheet of solar cell was investigated,and the best preparation technology was finally obtained,and the feasibility of the entire process route was confirmed through the verification experiment.According to the experiment,polyester polyol compound system was selected as the adhesive and isocyanate as the curing agent.The mass fraction of each component was 90 for the main resin,10 for the compound resin,9 for the curing agent and 1 for the anti-hydrolytic agent,and the solid content of the system was 30%.The best preparation technology of compound back sheet of solar cell,40 microns,coated wire rod speed is 2 m/min,drying technology is 0.5 min at 60 ? and 1 min at 120 ?,composite stress is 140 N,composite temperature is 80 ?,composite speed is 2 m/min,the maturation process is 60 ? for 4 days,the time interval of single and double plane composite is 24 hoursBy using the preparation method improved in this paper,the compound back sheet of solar cell with high weathering resistance can be successfully manufactured to meet the requirements of the market and break the technological monopoly of foreign countries.
