The failure of solar modules is influenced by many factors, especially the quality of raw materials, components immature manufacturing process and so on. As the rapid development of domestic solar power generation technology, the problem of complaints and economic losses caused by solar modules failure to makers has become more and more serious. It is critical to increased the reliability of solar battery components by analyze the reason of the failure of the typical components and optimize the manufacture technical scheme. Firstly, this paper make the cause analysis through analyzing the failure problem of0.45MW crystalline silicon solar components. Secondly, after analyzing the phenomenon of hot shot in components, diode burning, EVA-yellowing caused by long-term using typical components in outdoors, and studying the bad phenomena of the manufacturing process, the paper optimized the modules manufacturing technical process, presented the better manufacturing technical scheme, and proved the feasibility and superiority of the scheme.At first, the research background and the manufacture technical process of solar battery components was introduced, emphatically described the basic character and nuclear theory of C-. O or other impurity elements existed in crystalline silicon, and summarized the research contents and general structure.Secondly, solved the failure problem of0.45MW crystalline silicon solar components through analyzing the manufacturing process of silicon battery and battery components, calculate the influences of the force caused by wind^snow and ice. The paper also studied the influence of C、O or other impurity elements existed in crystalline silicon to silicon solar mechanical behavior. The relationship between the deflection level and impurity elements content was provided through test data.Finally, afer analyzing the failure problem from manufacturing techanical process, the paper optimized the manufacture technical scheme, and through the experiment data proved its feasibility and superiority.
