The e-commerce operation center or logistics park which integrates the functions of temporary storage,order processing and sorting and distribution,shows the characteristics of traffic flow with large differences in e-commerce products,large logistics flow,mixed traffic flow,and strongly random demand.The comprehensive manifestation of commodities and related industrial clusters will bring greater traffic pressure to urban road networks,and it is more necessary to analyze and evaluate traffic impacts than other urban complex construction projects.The paper proposes the technical process of traffic impact assessment of E-commerce Logistics Park for E-commerce Logistics Park,it is divided into four key links: current traffic survey,traffic demand forecast,traffic impact degree evaluation,and traffic facility improvement & organization optimization.Among them,the current traffic investigation link analyzes the basic attributes of traffic impact assessment of construction projects,conducts current traffic survey and analysis;for the transportation demand forecasting link,focusing on the planning elements of the logistics park,aiming at the logistics operation characteristics and traffic characteristics of the e-commerce logistics park,a method for calculating the flow rate and traffic volume(standard car)is given;further,the background traffic demand forecast and the newly generated traffic demand forecast are calculated,and the two are superimposed.The former,for those existing projects,adopts the trend analysis method while the natural growth of travel to forecast the traffic demand was considered.For those traffic demand of undeveloped projects within the scope,based on the traffic travel rate of similar projects,the four-stage method was used to predict the traffic demand after the completion of the project.The two are superimposed to obtain the background traffic volume of the construction project.The latter is to forecast the freight traffic volume and the flow of people traffic in the logistics park.In the evaluation of traffic impact degree,the traffic impact degree was evaluated from four aspects: motor vehicle,public transportation,chronic traffic and parking facilities.Suggestions and safeguards are given in the areas of traffic improvement and organizational optimization.
