With the rapid development of our country's economy and acceleration in urbanization, many new projects caused new transportation demand, urban traffic problem becomes more and more serious. The improvement of urban traffic problem depends on the coordination between the land use and the transportation, on macroscopic may rely on coordination between the city land use planning and the city unified transportation planning, on microscopic coordinating needs to carry on TIA to the development project.Logistics parks are important infrastructures to modern logistics industry, at present, logistics parks are land development hot spot own to its superiority on accumulative and radiation effect. The building of the logistics parks will produce and attract a lot of logistics, vehicle stream and stream of people, which will not only influence the traffic flow around the logistics parks, but also affect the entire urban traffic network. So, analysis on its influence to the urban traffic network and its way of inside and outside traffic operation plays a very active part in making the land-using reasonable and the facility efficient.Based on the introduction of the traffic impact analysis research situation at home and broad, this thesis defined the object and the scope of the research, and then analyses the characteristic of the traffic impact analysis in Logistics parks and the basic elements and methods of traffic impact analysis; Hypercycle Theory is applied in TIA threshold determination in this paper; Based on the analysis of method for evaluating the traffic impact area at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a method based on service lever for evaluating traffic impact area; Using the comprehensive evaluation method which based on the reliability of road service level to judge the level of traffic impact caused by Logistics parks, and then put forward solution for the traffic impact. At last, this paper take the traffic impact analysis of Hunan YiLi logistics parks for example, the result put a strong support to the method in this thesis and it shows a strong practical value. |
