Now,all the people in the world have to face the energy saving and emission reduction problems,especially for China.As one of the pillar industry,the automobile industry is had to attach Importance to this problem.China has become the largest car producing country in the world;that production quantities have been reached 29 million in 2017.But we still have distance with other countries in the aspect of the advanced technologies for the efficiency and so on.In the car producing,coating consumes too much energy.The energy consumption of air delivery system in spray room has reached up to 30% of total energy consumption.This paper analyzes the energy consumption and research energy-saving technology which focuses on principal constituent,working principle and how much energy of each appliance is using of air delivery system in car coating workshops.First,the paper describes the background and significance of applying and deficiencies domestically and overseas of automobile coating in industry.The ratio analysis is measurable from automobile coating technology constituent and energy consumption,confirming what the principal energy consumption process and equipment system are.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes and summarizes the principal energy consumption problems and energy-saving technology.Secondly,the paper mainly conducts a thorough research on air delivery system in automobile spray room which is one of the principal energy consumption.The paper analyzes and researches its principal energy consumption status and technology of making use of recirculating air by thermodynamic modeling and calculating,especially when it comes to the choosing of efficiency of the use of recirculating air.It takes argument and analysis comparison while doing these researches.At last,the paper analyzes an example in engineering application.For a painting shop which production rhythm is 30JPH(jets per hour),it can be got remarkable effects for saving energy if use the technology of recirculating air into the air supply & exhaust system.The calculation demonstrates that it can be saved 400 tons of standard coal,decreased 1121.5 tons of carbon emissions,and saved RMB¥720000 per year in energy consumption.Through analyzing the principle and the effects of the technology of recirculating air in air delivery system,this research settle an air delivery thermodynamic modeling and choose solution for efficiency of circulation;it can build a reference and significance for engineering design.
