As the process of urbanization in China is accelerating,and the energy consumption of water supply system is increasing day by day.Energy saving is a longterm and very important basic work for the water supply enterprise.Whether the energy consumption can be scientifically and rationally analyzed in the operation of the whole water supply system can be analyzed in turn,and then the link of large energy consumption can be identified in turn,and then pointedly put forward Energy-saving methods to improve economic efficiency as a water supply must pay attention to the issue.This project is based on the analysis of energy consumption of water supply system,combined with the current situation of water supply system and energy utilization in Shenyang.Construct energy balance relationship analysis model of each treatment unit in the whole water plant and put forward the energy efficiency evaluation strategy method according to local conditions.And energy consumption analysis and application of Shenyang water supply network,pressurized pumping station,water supply plant and various power consumption.Detailed work and major conclusion are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the typical process energy consumption of Shenyang City water supply system.Including the analysis of energy consumption of urban water supply system,focusing on energy consumption in the water supply system in Shenyang City,the current situation is that power costs is the most important part of all waterworks expenses,accounting for more than 60% of the total cost of water system.(2)After analyzing the energy consumption of Pumping Station such as Shashan,Wanghua and Nanta,the efficiency of pump station before energy saving retrofit is low and the average power efficiency is about 40%.It is imminent to save energy for pump station.(3)Proposed the method of pump station change to frequency conversion,impeller cutting and other methods,and gives the corresponding steps.(4)The method of retrofitting is applied to the pumping station,a corresponding retrofit scheme is put forward,and the economic benefit analysis of the transformed operation is carried out.That,after the transformation of energy-saving effect is very significant,water distribution capacity was significantly enhanced,scheduling more flexible regulation.(5)Through the research and application of reactive power compensation technology in the distribution system of pumping stations,water power sources have been fined a great deal,power consumption of users has been increased,power quality has been improved,line speed and loss have been reduced,harmonic of power grids has been reduced,and power grid quality has been improved.(6)Through the study on the water consumption of water purification,the best method and route of drug delivery are obtained.Under the premise of ensuring water quality and safety,the amount of flocculants,liquid chlorine and so on are saved,the water supply cost is reduced,Reduce the residual water,improve water quality.
