| The office buildings in the cold regions that were built earlier have not been metered by energy,there is often only one total electricity meter in the building.Those office buildings does not realize the use of energy metering,where the use of the energy monitoring platform is still under construction,and they have a high energy level per unit area.It is of importance to have an operational plan and strong economic benefits on more accurate data basis.The implementation of energy-saving optimization work has yet to be carried out in deep research.This paper aims to establish a basic model of the annual energy consumption of the building based on the eQUEST building annual energy consumption simulation software for a relatively early built office building in the cold area,comparing with the actual data of the annual electricity consumption of the building.Compare and complete the reasonable verification of the reliability of the model.Then combined with the actual operation data of the office building collected on-site field research,the building envelope structure and HVAC system parameters are set in a targeted manner,and the energy-saving effects of various energysaving optimization schemes on the annual energy consumption of the building are carried out.Quantitative analysis,combined with the calculation and analysis of the economic recovery period,finally proposed an economical and rational energy-saving optimization plan for the actual situation of the building.The research of this subject has the following conclusions.The energy-saving effect of the annual air-conditioning system power consumption brought by the improvement of the insulation performance of the building envelope structure is remarkable.But the different parts have different effects on the heat dissipation from indoor to outside when the air-conditioning system stop in summer night.As the heat transfer coefficient of the roof and exterior windows gradually decreases,the power consumption of air conditioning in summer is slightly reduced,while in winter,the power consumption of air conditioning heating is obviously energy-saving;as the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall is gradually reduced,the power consumption of air conditioning in summer is somewhat improved.The power consumption of air conditioning heating in winter is greatly reduced;improving the performance of the air conditioning system equipment can effectively reduce the power consumption of air conditioning.As the COP value of the refrigeration unit is gradually increased,the energy saving rate of the cooling power consumption reaches 15.55%.When the pump efficiency is gradually improved and the pump frequency control is used,the power consumption can be greatly reduced.For the office building,the payback period of each energy-saving optimization plan is less than 7 years.The annual air-conditioning power consumption of the enclosure insulation performance is the best,and the payback period is 4.67 years;The annual energy-saving rate of air-conditioning power consumption of the refrigeration unit performance coefficient is 10.45%,and the initial investment has the longest payback period.The energy-saving effect of the annual air-conditioning power consumption of pump efficiency and frequency conversion control is limited,but the initial investment payback period is only 2.08 year.The economic benefit calculation results of the above energy-saving optimization schemes prove that the feasibility is high and can be provided by the building operator. |
