With the vigorous development of infrastructure construction in China,the road traffic network is becoming more mature and the traffic volume is getting larger and larger.It is more and more difficult to cross new roads on the basis of the original ones.If the traffic under construction is closed for a long time or half closed,it will greatly affect the road capacity and safety of the existing lines.If the traffic is not closed,it will cause great difficulties for the construction of new roads.As a mature and effective construction method,the swivel bridge,a structure spanning gully and existing line,can solve such problems to a large extent.The swivel construction method is the one in which the main body of the bridge is cast at a certain angle from the designed position,and then transferred to the designed position to be connected with the approach bridges or the approach road at both ends.With this construction method adopted,only short-term closure of the existing lines is needed,effectively solving the two problems mentioned above.Based on the construction process of Weifang-Rizhao Expressway crossing Jiaoji Railway by overpass bridge,this paper introduces the present situation of turning bridge at home and abroad,and puts forward the key technologies for the construction of the large-tonnage cross-rail V-ring continuous rigid frame swivel bridge,including V-type.Construction methods and contents of construction control and technology for pier slanting foot construction,V-shaped pier 0#block construction,bracket designing process,swivel bridge weighing and turning.The finite element simulation analysis of the 0#block steel tube bracket and the box girder buckle bracket was carried out.The overall stiffness,structural strength and stability of the bracket were checked.The finite element model of the structure was established.The construction process was digitally analyzed and determined.The key parameters of the structure in each process provide a basis for the determination of the construction plan.
