River course is the cradle of human civilization.In the process of rapid social and economic development,river course plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of social economy in the basin.New Zhu-zhao River is a large artificial drainage channel excavated from 1965 to 1972.Our New Zhu-zhao River governance so far in 1993,after nearly 20 years of operation,the main river channel sedimentation in severe cases,river on both sides of the levee engineering part is missing,mostly along the river hydraulic structure aging disrepair and pose a safety hazard,flood control and waterlogged ability is greatly reduced,to governance.How to manage New Zhu-zhao River well is a problem facing the water conservancy technicians of shandong province.Taking into account the historical evolution,plain topography,meteorological and hydrological conditions of New Zhu-zhao River and the current situation of the river,this paper makes an optimized study and practice on the river management scheme.Channel revetment engineering,is proposed in this paper,optimize the governance means such as embankment engineering,hydraulic structures,the main contents are as follows:the bottom width and depth of river channel dredging are determined,and 0.5-1.0m of dredging is deepened on the basis of the first-stage design of river bottom elevation,so as to reduce the width of estuary dredging as much as possible;This paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of bank protection schemes,namely concrete interlock block,masonry block and cast-in-place concrete slabs.The reinforcement scheme and stability calculation analysis of embankment project are carried out to ensure that the anti-sliding stability safety coefficient of embankment slope meets the standard requirements under various working conditions.It is proposed that the closed steel cover design should be adopted for the underwater axial flow pump and all screw opening and closing machines in the partially rebuilt irrigation and drainage stations.The remaining abandoned soil generated by river dredging is arranged in the abandoned soil area,and the two schemes of high and low abandoned soil are compared and analyzed.The comprehensive management of the project economic evaluation.Based on our New Zhu-zhao River comprehensive treatment plan optimization research and practice,this article summarizes the backbone in the huaihe river basin in shandong province channel management experience,provides a reference other river in shandong province.
