The Study Of The HJ Section Of JingXin Highway On Project Risk Management

The road engineering project is carries on in the complex nature and the social environment,it is a long construction cycle,need more invests,requests much technology,the internal structure of it is complicated,it is also a construction process with widespread external relations.In this process,it has massive existences unsure factors,and would be changed;the risk from it frequently affects the engineering project's implementation.The road engineering project has many risks,if these risks can't be handle well,the owner and constructor will suffer enormous losses.Therefore the risk is an important factor will lead the road engineering project to success or failure,in order to avoid or to reduce the owner's and constructor's loss,it is necessary to study road engineering project risk management.This paper considers risk management of the HJ section of JingXin highway project as the research object,and studied the content of every part including risk identification,risk evaluation,risk countermeasure.In the part of risk identification,this paper simply analysis the principles and methods of division of life cycle of the road engineering project.Briefly introduces the overview of this project,analysis the major risk identification of this project's every life cycle stage in detail.In the part of risk evaluation,this paper briefly introduces the risk evaluation procedures and risk evaluation processes.Further,this paper analyses the overall security risk evaluation and special security risk evaluation of Dongyao tunnel.In the part of risk countermeasure,this paper emphasis 5 proposed aspects on the risk countermeasure:the project time management,the expense management,the quality control management and so on.And provide 3 risk countermeasures.Finally,this paper forwards the risk countermeasures and the improvement measures.
