With rapid development of urban distribution network recently years,more source elements including DG,flexible loads and energy storage equipment are access in urban distribution network.The access of new equipment contribute to increased complex of operation.According to strategic plan for future energy development,more access of distributed sources turns urban distribution network from a traditional load-side network to multiple source network of bidirectional power flow,which bring seriously challenges to dispatching operation for safety.The target of active distribution network is to promote local absorptive capacity of new energy and to decrease energy loss in operation.At meantime,ADN promotes active participation of terminal user in power system optimal operation,improve the utilization rate of existing distribution network equipment and utilization level of the comprehensive energy in distribution network as well.The coordinated optimal of ADN contains optimal operation of controllable distributed energy,energy storage equipment and dispatching of flexible loads,and optimal adjustment of network operation mode.Since existing papers have study simple link and local problem,but far from actual operation condition,and whole consideration and systematic study of the influence of source,network and loading interaction to power system operation is lack.So systematic study in coordinated optimal of ADN theoretical and technical need to be researched.Firstly,the dispatching priority of active distribute network and the coordinated control construction of distribute network is introduced,and the dispatching characteristic of components of distribution network are united combined,the coordination optimal schemes of distribution network and the cooperative control framework of source and storage are investigated.So three scheduling models are constructed,including multi-source coordination model,distribution network reconfiguration model and both multi-source coordination and distribution network reconfiguration considered model.The dispatching resources in this model contains power flow input from substation to distribution network,adjustable output power of distributed source and energy storage elements,and the closure of contact switch and segment switch.Then based on HeZe actual distributed network contains network construction,parameters,forecasting of loading and renewable energy power,energy storage devices,and reactive power compensation equipment,the actual distributed network model is constructed in GAMS platform.The high efficient solutions of the dispatching model are studied in this paper,the results of different linearization methods are compared,and the optimal solution of the model is obtain,and the effectiveness of the dispatching model and its solution algorithm are verified.It is proved by actual examples that multi-source coordinated optimization valid promotes local access capacity of distributed network to local new energy,and contribute to economic efficiency and reliability of operation.
