With the continuous advancement of the national energy policy and the reform of my country's electricity market,the active distribution network has been further developed.The distributed renewable energy typically represented by wind turbine generators and photovoltaic generaors has accelerated the development of the distribution network,but it has also brought hidden dangers to the safety and stability of the power system.Reasonable and efficient access to distributed power sources within the safety range of the power system has become the basis for the development of distribution networks.Research on how to access distributed power sources as much as possible under the premise of ensuring system safety has become a key factor in the development of active distribution networks.At the same time,the current research on the planning and construction of active distribution networks from the perspective of power grid companies ignores the diversified market participants brought by the reform of the power marketization for the investment and construction of active distribution networks,and cannot reflect the diversified subjects of active distribution network construction.The economic benefits are not conducive to increasing the participation enthusiasm of all subjects.To this end,this paper has carried out related research on distributed power admittance capacity and optimized configuration technology in active distribution network.The main work contents are as follows:1.Summarize and introduce the typical active distribution network demonstration application projects at home and abroad,the active distribution network distributed power admittance capacity,the optimal configuration model and its solution method.2.Introduce the basic theories of distributed power optimization in active distribution networks.It includes: the basic process of distributed power optimization research for active distribution network is proposed,which provides guidance for the research in this direction;the distributed power model represented by wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation and micro gas turbine is introduced;The description of the time series characteristic curve reflects the importance of considering the random uncertainty of wind,solar energy and loads in the research of distributed power optimization of active distribution network.A K-means clustering multi-scenario analysis method is proposed to transform the uncertain scenario into a typical daily scenario,this method reduces the computational complexity and ensures the authenticity of the original data used in the planning process.3.The problem of admittance capacity of distributed power supply in active distribution network is studied.The current study on the admittance capacity has a single constraint,and no effective measures to increase the access capacity of the distributed power supply in the active distribution network have been proposed.In this regard,an admittance capacity model for distributed power supply in active distribution network considering multiple safety constraints is proposed,and the net load rate index is introduced to evaluate the operating status of the distribution network.At the same time,an active wind and solar complementary configuration and active response with demand response are proposed.The management method can significantly improve the effective measures of the distributed power access capacity.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model and measures is verified by a numerical example analysis.4.The problem of optimized distribution of distributed power sources in active distribution networks with multiple market players participating in the power market environment is studied.At present,the optimization planning of the active distribution network is still based on the integrated vertical monopoly model led by the power grid company,and the reform of the Chinese power market has broken this monopoly model.To this end,the detailed analysis of China's electricity market reform has brought the benefits of multiple market players to the active distribution network construction,so that each market player can make reasonable investment decisions based on their own investment and profitability.We have established a two-layer optimal configuration model for distributed power in an active distribution network considering the participation of multiple agents.The upper layer takes distributed power investors and distribution network operators to participate in the largest annual economic benefit net present value as the optimization goal.The lower layer takes the minimum annual operating cost of distribution network with demand response user participation as the optimization goal.Through the interaction of the upper and lower models,the best distributed power configuration scheme is jointly decided.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified through analysis of examples.
