In the process of cultural and creative product design,multiple choices and evaluations are required.Existing cultural and creative product design mainly adopts on the inductive methods such as subjective experience,questionnaires,and expert scoring to evaluate the overall program.The results have considerable subjective arbitrariness and narrowness,and cannot guide the formation of the entire design and apply a comprehensive approach method to evaluate.Therefore,looking for a more scientific,intuitive,and accurate evaluation method and flow that combines perception and rationality,helping designers to make correct design decisions at each stage of the design,and guide the design to better meet the user’s emotional preferences.This become the trend of design evaluation development.The paper takes cultural and creative products as the main research object,based on the theory of Kansei Engineering,through the combination of eye movement experimental data and subjective questionnaires,taking the eye movement data of three experiments for the design elements,design solutions,and design product to compare.Combining subjective preference scores,the user’s qualitative emotional image of the product is transformed into quantitative data.To extracting cultural and creative product design elements,screening programs and product evaluation.Through experiments and research analysis,we can see that the total fixation time and number of fixations in each interest area of design elements and products are significantly correlated with subjective preference,weakly correlated with the first fixation time.At the same time,a specific linear regression equation with high correlation and passing F-test can be established.Therefore,the total fixation time and the number of fixations can be used as effective eye-movement indicators to judge the subject’s preference for each region,and comprehensively put forward the perceptual quantitative evaluation methods and procedures for cultural and creative products.Finally,the process of verifying the perceptual quantitative evaluation method was validated by a series of Mashao facial mask cultural and creative products.To prove that the combination of subjective analysis method and eye movement analysis method,and the evaluation method throughout the entire design process is scientific and comprehensive,Systematic,objective and feasible.
