| Construction drawing review is the last checkpoint before the construction project landing,is to ensure the quality of construction projects,maintain the healthy development of the industry,maintain public safety,promote the development of regional construction of an important cornerstone.Due to objective reasons,the traditional construction drawing examination and approval time-consuming,serious waste of resources,inadequate government supervision,corruption within the industry and other phenomena,has been unable to adapt to the modern social development,so innovative construction drawing examination and management is imminent.Different from the traditional manual examination,examination and approval of construction drawings,the use of information-based means can not only improve the efficiency of the examination,but also reduce the impact of human factors on the examination work,which is an important means for the government to implement urban construction management,but also an inevitable trend for the government to achieve information-based construction.W city through the "Internet + map" information management innovation construction plan review system,basically establish a modern governance system to adapt to the Internet economy,implement the "run up" reform,crack the project approval "speed up difficult" problem.As a pilot project,W city has carried out the means of information management first.However,in the process of implementing information management,problems arise,such as imperfect data and inconsistent concepts of graphic information management system.From the perspective of government supervision,this paper analyzes the current situation of information management in the city of W,and puts forward effective countermeasures to help the residential construction departments to implement effective information management in the management and supervision of the city’s map examination,so as to further simplify the administrative examination and approval matters,improve administrative efficiency and optimize the level of service.On the basis of informationization theory and construction drawing examination informationization theory,this paper studies the construction drawing examination management of W city,and expounds five aspects.The first part is mainly to analyze the background and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research review,etc.The second part is to elaborate the relevant theory,including the construction drawings review and other related concepts,construction drawings review information management theory;the third part is for the W city construction drawings review and management of the status quo research,elaborated on the practice process.Main content and process,analysis of characteristics and effectiveness;the fourth part is to W city construction drawing review information management as the analysis object,elaborate the status quo analysis problems and analysis of the reasons;the fifth part is on the map review information management countermeasures. |
