Although the concept of green development requires the construction industry to implement green construction in a comprehensive and higher level,there are still many problems in the current green construction process,such as extensive management,backward methods,cumbersome processes,limited management coverage,untimely management information sharing,and lack of real-time and quantitative management of green construction content.The new green construction management plan based on information technology is an effective solution to the lack of results and efficiency of the current green construction.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the advantages of applying information technology for green construction management,combined with the objectives of green construction,using sensor network information technology to construct the architecture of green construction management scheme based on information technology,including hardware layer and data layer,logic layer and presentation layer.Through the core business process design of the green construction management scheme,including the data monitoring,data display and early warning,the implementation steps of the core business of the solution are standardized.Secondly,on this basis,the functional structure of the green construction management system based on information technology is designed.The functional modules include four first-level modules: monitoring module,early warning module,data processing module and user management module.Further research shows the objectives that each of the first-level functional modules should achieve,and clarifies the types of hardware devices involved in wireless network and video monitoring,material management,water and electricity management,environmental management,and the location of its installation and deployment.Finally,on the basis of completing the design of green construction management scheme based on information technology,in order to evaluate the acceptance degree of potential users,to further ensure the effective application and implementation of the scheme as the ultimate goal,through the construction of technology adoption model,the research hypothesis was carried out,and the questionnaires were designed in seven aspects,including the legal system and market factors,enterprise management factors,technical factors,economic cost factors,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and willingness to use.After collecting the questionnaire data,the reliability and validity of the data were analyzed and verified by SPSS.Then AMOS was used to test the fit and path analysis of the model.Combined with the results of hypothesis test,this paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to further strengthen the application and expand the popularization of green construction management scheme based on information technology.
