Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)because of its advantages of low cost,high efficiency,simple structure,and has been widely used,so,how to achieve the high performance of all-digital fuzzy control has been the research focus of scholars at home and abroad.The traditional PI control has many defects,which can hardly meet the control requirements of some occasions.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce advanced control methods into PMSM speed control system.With the development of industry and the improvement of production processes and other requirements,a single motor can no longer meet its power requirements in some cases.Many systems often use two motors to operate synchronously as a power source,so for the dual-motor synchronous control method Research is also very important.Therefore,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:On the basis of single PMSM vector control,DPC current controller is designed to replace PI control,which improves the tracking speed of current.SMC speed controller was designed based on sliding mode control,and by using exponential reaching law and saturation function to suppress the chattering phenomenon of sliding mode,considering the load disturbance may cause adverse effects on the system,designed the IMC observer to estimate of the disturbance of load and the speed controller to compensate,so as to improve the robustness of the system.Then,compared with PI control in simulation,the results show that the proposed method has a faster response speed and stronger anti-disturbance performance.In order to improve the stability and synchronous control accuracy of the synchronous control system of two-motors,a dual PMSM sliding mode speed synchronization control strategy is proposed based on cross-coupling control structure and sliding mode control method,and compared with the traditional cross-coupling control simulation in a variety of conditions.The results show that the proposed method can take both system stability and response speed into account,and can quickly compensate when there is a difference in speed between the two systems,so that the two motors can resume synchronous operation.Compared with traditional cross-coupling control,this method has higher accuracy and better stability.At the end of the paper,the hardware and software platform of PMSM vector control system was introduced and built,and the relevant experimental verification was completed.
