In recent years,with the booming advance of rail traffic,the safety problem of running locomotive is paid more and more attention.It's worth noting that the locomotive running part bearing is an important and flimsy parts which directly influence actual operation of the locomotive.The faulty of locomotive running part bearing will involve the safety of the whole locomotive and cause a serious loss of life and property.So,developing the locomotive bearing monitoring system to match 6A system is significant.The paper makes whole conceiving for the design of the locomotive bearing monitoring system by analyzing the cause of failure of locomotive running part bearing and the vibration signal of the variable speed bearing.In addition,the system,according to the technical requirements,built hardware based on embedded system and realized communication between the system and 6A platform.In algorithm aspect,mainly introduce high-frequency resonance in order domain and complex fault diagnosis model.Using interpolation to convert vibration signal to order domain.Applying resonance region to demodulate fault information.Resolving the problem of frequency domain fuzzy in variable speed situation.Using vibration_temperature complex fault diagnosis model to rank faulty level,in order to,improving practical and reliability of system and reducing misreport.The hardware includes selection of sensor,the circuit of the acquisition module,the CAN bus communication circuit and the data storage circuit.The design of software is based on hardware and technical requirement,which including collection,analysis,alarm,memory and communication.Experiments prove that the communication,between the locomotive bearing monitoring system and 6A platform,is reliable,and the algorithm can detect failure of locomotive running part bearing.
