In the context of global economic integration,more and more transnational corporations have emerged to cope with the demands of global resource allocation.In the world have many subsidiaries of multinational corporations,the difficulty of its financial management and requirements also increase sharply,how to improve the quality and efficiency of the financial management is a big problem under the background of the new era of enterprise.With the rapid development of China's economy,large enterprises in China also face high financial costs,low financial management efficiency,and complicated organization personnel.In response to this problem,the world's leading companies have been exploring a more efficient financial management solution for financial sharing services.Financial Shared services model is a kind of based on the information technology and the rise of the financial management plan,it is the financial management and the integration of network information science and technology,to carry on the centralized management of the financial data,so as to realize the standardization of financial information,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the financial.However,when some enterprises adopt the financial sharing service mode,their performance management is not ideal,and a series of problems are urgently needed to be solved,especially in the aspect of performance evaluation.Therefore,this paper argues that some of the traditional performance evaluation has been difficult to meet the management requirements of the new financial model,in order to ensure the enterprise to realize the strategic target of control measures,must according to the characteristics of the financial Shared services model for more effective ways of performance evaluation.By way of case analysis,this paper summarizes the financial Shared services model and the difference between the traditional and the characteristics of performance evaluation,and points out the existing problems of performance evaluation,it is concluded that case enterprise financial Shared services mode to establish the necessity of the new performance evaluation index system,and then according to the characteristics of the performance evaluation of enterprise financial Shared services mode and enterprise performance evaluation on the existing problems,using the balanced scorecard to determine the evaluation dimension and the new evaluation index,each index set by the analytic hierarchy process is given the corresponding weight,and then through the fuzzy analysis of the performance evaluation results of its performance is analyzed.Finally,it puts forward improvement Suggestions on the construction and improvement of enterprise performance evaluation under financial Shared service mode.Through the research,it is found that the enterprises in the financial sharing service mode have the necessity to establish a new performance evaluation system,and the existing model performance evaluation needs to be improved.This article embarks from the T company's actual situation,in view of the problems in the performance evaluation system in financial Shared services,from the evaluation target,build a scientific evaluation system,improve the information integration ability of enterprise financial Shared services model presents targeted advice,for subsequent enterprises to further improve company performance evaluation also provides some experience for reference.
